I'm Out of Work Recovering From Surgery & I Need Help with My Car Insurance Please!
I am a single mother of three children; I have two girls and one boy. My 15-year-old loves to dance and cheer, my 13-year-old loves to dance, and my 11-year-old son likes to play football and basketball. Between my job and all of my children's extracurriculars, I stay very busy. I work full time as an Eligibility/Enrollment Rep for Optum (United Healthcare).
I recently had to undergo surgery in July and have been on short-term leave since then. I'm only receiving a fraction of what I normally do in terms of a paycheck, and that's caused me to struggle with some of my bills. I can't afford both my rent and my car insurance, and I need help with the latter so that I can put more towards keeping my home. If I'm able to get help with my car insurance, then I'll have an easier time taking care of my rent for this month too.
I can't afford to have my car insurance lapse because that would just put me one step away from a major financial disaster, and I can't afford any more uncertainty in that regard right now. On top of removing that risk, this help would give me the chance to put more of our income towards our rent and would make sure that we can keep our home while I continue to recover from my surgery. This would be huge for me and my children, and I want to say thank you to everyone who lends us a hand with this vital bill.
