I Just Graduated College, but I Need Help Keeping My Home Till I Can Find Work!

My Story:

I'm a full-time student, or I guess I'm formerly a full-time student after recently graduating! Throughout my time in school, I have worked full-time with the corporate office of CVS but was laid-off recently due to cutbacks from the pandemic. I was able to manage to put myself through college and pay the rent while I was working, but now that I'm out of a job, I'm really worried about being able to keep up with my rent.

Honestly, if I can't get my rent paid soon, I'll be out on the streets or in a shelter. That's the last way I want to start my life post-graduation. I'm doing my best to find a job as quickly as I can, but it's hard after having just graduated into one of the worst job markets in this country's history. There's just not a lot available for me right now that would allow me to pay my rent on time and in full. I'm trying to keep my head up as I continue my search, but I desperately need help if I'm going to keep my apartment, so I'm humbly asking for help with my rent.

I'm worried that my life as an adult will be over before it can even get started and that all of the hard work that I put in to get through school will be for nothing if I lose my home. However, I know that this help will be the spark that I need to get my post-graduate life underway, and I know that if I can just keep my home through this bad situation, then I'll be in a great place to find a job and get my career underway. For that, I would be very appreciative, and I hope that someday I'll be able to pay this generosity forward. Thank you all and God bless you all for helping me!
