I Lost My Best Friend and Partner. Now I Need Help Affording My Rent!
I am a young 60-year-old female who shares a mobile home with a 4-year-old chihuahua named Pee Wee who believes that he is more pit bull than chihuahua. I work in the healthcare industry as an in-home care provider, and I have been doing that since 2010. I help take care of my 80-year-old mother a few hours a week so my sister, who lives with her, can have a break. The one thing that I do for myself is every morning I start between 5:30 and 6:00 am, and I walk two to three miles.
I am asking for help with my rent for my mobile home this month because my partner, and best friend of 14 years, passed away unexpectedly this past August. It has been a rough time for me, and I could really use some help right now. I have been devastated by this loss both emotionally and financially. With the added funeral expenses this month I am unable to pay the lot rent and am afraid that I could lose my home.
This funding will give me some peace of mind, having recently experienced the loss of my closest friend and partner. Burying a friend and a loved one is something that no one should ever have to go through, but I know that with this help I will be able to make it through. I already have a new client lined up, so I should be receiving an income again soon, but until then, this help will tide me over. Thank you all so much for your compassion. I know that my late partner would be moved by the generosity I have been shown today.
