I am beyond grateful that I will be able to pay my car insurance this month, if it wasn�t for all the donors who funded my request for help I would have no car insurance, which means I would not be able to provide for myself. I wouldn�t be able to go to food pantries to keep food on the table, I wouldn�t be able to go to my doctors appointments to keep myself healthy, when school is back to normal, I would not be able to go to school. I would also lose my car insurance which is really hard to get a new policy for the price I have because of my age. Thank you all so much! Now I will be able to pay other important bills like my electric bill and provide food and water for me and my cats.
Coronavirus: No Work, Need Help with Car Insurance
My Story:
I am a 21 year old college student who lives on her own. I am going to college at my local community college for social work. I was in foster care and I know how hard it can be and how lonely and unsettling it is. I want to make a difference in the world and help people. I work around 30 hours a week at a restaurant as a waitress and go to school part time taking three academic courses.
With Coronavirus outbreak, I was left without work. I applied for unemployment but it still won�t be enough to cover my rent and I heard I takes long to receive. I am out of work until restaurants are allowed to open. I need Modest Need�s help to pay my car insurance.
This help will help me keep my car until I figure out what to do. I also take care of three cats to keep me company, so I need food for them and I. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
