User-submitted image - Click to see real sizeThis has been a life's goal finally being achieved. I grew up and lived on this property for 20 years. My mother managed to keep the property through divorce, destruction of the home, two bouts of cancer(the second claimed her, sadly) so that she could bequeath the property to me. She knew my heart. How I wanted, so much, to be able to go home and to give my children the same beauty and wonder as I had. I am very much a sentimentalist. My family means the world to me. With the help of God, a literal act of congress and you... you wonderful donor you. You have allowed me to do this. Achieve my life goal. To live here, on the land of my childhood. Raise my family and then, one day, pass from this life and be buried here. Thank you. From the depth of my being and from all of my family. Thank you. We will strive to be worth of your donations to our cause and pay it forward. God bless you all. Thank you.

We Moved to a Better Home for Our New Baby but Unexpected Expenses May Cost Us Our New Home!

My Story:

We are happy family of four. I work full time to provide for my family, who just grew by one more. We are so happy to have welcomed our newborn baby. We love to spend as much time together as possible.

While pregnant over the summer, in a house that lacked decent insulation, the power bill got out of hand. I've done my best to keep it in check but it's about broken me. Then we had our second child and the expenses that accompany that. When our house was completed, we had to take 3 days to move because of little help and had to rent a U-haul for those three days. When we got here, I was told I had to supply the first year's homeowner's insurance despite being told there would be enough money left in the loan to cover that. That put us in financial bind. We need Modest Needs assistance with our Mortgage payment.

Having this funded will get us back on our feet so we can save for the next month's payment and get back on track. This will also have a huge impact on my wife's anxiety. The dark cloud of being buried under these debts will lift and we can enjoy our new house and new baby. Please help us. Thanks you
