Recent College Graduate Needs Help With Medical Bill

My Story:

I am a 30 year old single guy. I am a recent college graduate trying to better my future and take care of myself. I live at my grandmother's house and work full time as a custodian to provide for myself.

I was recently a victim of fraud, and also had to pay for car repairs which put me in a bind. I live pay check to paycheck and was not prepared for any emergency, especially back to back like this. I need Modest Needs help with my medical bill, which I cannot afford at this time.

If I do not receive assistance I fear this bill will be sent to collections and affect my credit score. Personally it will free me up and I could worry about about my other important bills. Your assistance will have lasting impact on my life and I would be forever grateful.
