Thank you to everyone who has donated! I can not tell you how happy I am this morning to have received a notification that you all have so graciously funded my request. Now we can pay our electric bill and get it caught up without having to cut expenses elsewhere. Since my request was placed up I've had more and more car problems making it more and more difficult to have a chance to get things back on track. This is just one more step that will give me such a better foothold. I have nothing but high praises for everyone who helped me and am forever going to remember this great amount of generosity from strangers who have their own ambitions and needs. A Teacher Needed To Fix His Car And Furnace. Now He Needs Help Keeping The Lights On.
My Story:
I am 31 and live with my partner who is 27. I have been employed full time as a high school science teacher for six years now. We have 3 dogs that we consider our children.
We recently had to pay for repairs on both our furnace and our car. We've been able to get mostly caught up, but we need help this month with our electric bill. If we hadn't paid to fix our car, then I wouldn't have been able to make it to work and have been in an even worse situation.
We are on our last $100 until I get paid again. We will make it through till then, but we still won't be able to get caught up without your help. Personally, I am very stressed. I really thought we could make it ourselves, but we miscalculated, and we really need help. I am constantly sick worrying over our bills. Thank you for your generosity and coming to our rescue.
