Hours Reduced on School Breaks, Need Utility Help

My Story:

I am a married person who is disabled and working as a lunch monitor at Cornwall Central School District. My wife doesn't work and does not have any income.

In working for a school district there are breaks in pay such as Christmas (1week), Regents exams (1 week) last week of January, Easter (1 week)in April, and summer vacation. As a lunch monitor we don't get paid for those times off. Because of that I need Modest Needs help with the utility bill. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with it. I have had to make the choice of either paying my rent to keep a roof over our heads or the utility bill.

This will be a great help in getting us current because I have also picked up another part time job to help with the bills. Thank you for the consideration.
