My Mother's Funeral Expense Could Make Us Homeless Unless You Can Help

The Details:

I am a stay at home mom of two little boys, ages one and four. They are extremely sweet little boys. I was also the care provider for my mother who was suffering from bone cancer and passed on April 27th, 2017. My fiancÚ works full time at a trade show warehouse.

My fiancÚ is keeping us afloat and we are living pay check to pay check. It has been very hard to work with the cost of child care while taking care of my very ill mother during the day. We found out after she passed that her life insurance would not cover her death expenses. We had no choice but to use the money we had set aside for our rent for this upcoming month to pay for the cremation. Having to get her cremated broke our hearts because we had planned that when God called her home she would have a very nice service and burial but this was no longer an option. This unexpected expense for cremation has put a very big strain on our finances.

I am afraid that if we do not receive assistance my family will not only deal with the loss of a woman so important to us, but will also face homelessness with 2 toddlers. It would impact me personally because I am having such a hard time dealing with my mother's death and having the thought of possibly being evicted on top of that is a pain I can't explain. I would greatly appreciate any and all help for my family so I too can make a difference in someone's situation one day.
