20 Year Army Vet Has His Final Paycheck Delayed

My Story:

Our family consists of my lovely wife and three beautiful children. My two little girls love art and school. My son loves to pretend he is a soldier just like daddy. I just retired from Army after 20 years and have started a new job this month.

I was expecting my final army pay check to come one the first as usual but it was held by the payroll department while they examined an error they had made with my account years ago. Because of this I was paid nothing at all on the first which was devastating to me financially. I can't pay my rent or electric bill because of this missed paycheck.

My family depends on me and I'm really worried about getting evicted. This missing paycheck will make it almost impossible for me to catch back up. Your help with the rent this month would mean I could focus on my new job and being a good dad. Please, don't let a clerical error derail our life. Thank you for your kind help.
