My husband passed away just this year, and it has been a really hard time for us. The home was in his name only, so I need to file with the courts to change it into my name. This will allow me to keep our home for me and my three daughters regardless of taking care of the rest of his debts.

I'm asking for help with the lawyer's fees so I can get this petition filed. I can't tell you how important this is to me and my girls - please help us to keep a roof over our heads during this difficult time for our family. Thank you so much for any help you can see fit to offer.
