I have a doctor bill that needs to be paid. I am three months behind on them. We are having a bit of trouble getting by right now. We are just trying to find ways to buy groceries and to eat on the least amount we can with three young kids.

I would work, but daycare alone would wipe out my paycheck because a secretary is lucky to make 30k a year and, well, daycare with three is almost about what I would make after taxes.
