I would like to say that I am so grateful to everyone that assisted in my need for payment of my health insurance. This was an answer to my prayers. The payment came through just in time as my insurance is scheduled to be cancelled the 23rd of this month without that payment. Health Insurance Payment
My Story:
I am currently out of work due to illness. (Stage 4 Liver Disease, Diabetes, and Bipolar Disorder.) I am having to pay my own health insurance during this time.
Due to medical expenses, doctor visits, medication, etc., I am short this month and cannot pay my insurance. It will be canceled if the payment is not received. I had thousands of dollars of tests run last month and it has put me short on this payment.
As of 2008-08-08, this application has been fully funded!
