I am applying for a grant for necessary dental services. I have an abcessed tooth that must be extracted as soon as possible. The tooth will also then require a root canal. Right now it is causing me to have bad breath and a bad taste in my mouth. It is also painful.

We are disabled and retired, and we cannot afford this urgent dental expense on our modest fixed income. The dentist will not perform the work unless I pay in advance, as I do not have dental insurance. Please help me to have this tooth taken care of, to prevent further complications with my dental health. Thank you.
