have been told by my V.A . primary Dr. that I have a mass that may be cancer on my testicle but cannot afford to pay for and ultrasound or office visit to see about it and cannot afford to go to Oklahoma city for an appointment at V.A. hospital for the procedure. I had to cancel appt because of lack of transportation. Would have to see a physician local in order to have procedure done. I have Medicare but cannot afford to pay deductible to go to physician to have procedure done.
