Child Needs Transit to Doctors

My Story:

I am a single mom trying to raise my sick child, who has Lyme disease and partial hearing loss. I am responsible to get him back and forth to the doctors for his medical care. The specialist is over an hour away from my home and the wear and tear on my car is become unsafe for us to travel.

At this time, I'm unable to afford brand new tires and an alignment for my car so that my child has the transportation he needs. I'm trying to concentrate on household bills to have electricity and such and a roof over my head. Thank you for thinking of us.
