Disabled Adult Needs Medical Care

My Story:

I am a single disabled woman who lives in section 8 housing and have had chronic back pain as well as multiple medical issues. This spring my neurologist told me I should have back surgery and get my disc fused. I had surgery April 13th and am still recovering. Although I was able to get the hospital to write off its bills, I still owe a large amount to my surgeon as well as to other providers.

Because I have to make payments on these bills I am unable to buy food for myself and have to rely on local food banks. If I receive help with this bill, I will be able to spend more money on food for me and for my companion animals. I have a very small income and get very little in food stamps. I barely have enough money to live on without these added expenses. It would really help with my stress level to get this one bill paid off. I appreciate any help I can get.
