I am in need of help in paying my medication Co-Pay due to changes in my medical health & prescriptions program. My only income is from my monthly disability from social security. From which I need to pay my health insurance, co-pays, my medications, and provide for my personal needs.

I have tried a number of other organizations for help but have been advised that no moneys are available. I would greatly appreciate if I could get help in paying this one time bill. Thank you for your consideration.
