I am a disabled mother of two very young adults. I am disabled due to having a paralysed left lung that happened during heart surgery almost 4 years ago.

I live off of oxygen and breathing treatments most of the time. We recently moved so my daughter had to get a new job. My girls both work very hard with part time jobs, and going to school full time.

We have had no paychecks for almost a month, and have no way to pay the electric bill. It will be a struggle to pay the water and gas bills too.
