When I moved, I had my electric turned off, but DTE would not turn on the power in my name at my new address. Also, recently my section (8) provider redetermined my grant amount, and as a result of his re-determination, my rent was raised and I am required to refund my rent that was required.

I can do that, but DTE refuses to put the lights in my name, which, in my lease is a neccessity in order for me to keep my section (8).

Please help me. Furthermore I cannot apply for help from SER because I don't have a shutoff notice, and DTE will not provide me with one. I am also paying child support which makes everything a hardship to me.
