My family and I are victims of domestic violence. I am currently filing for divorce and legal custody of my son, who is a minor child. I recently moved to a new residence to get away from my violent spouse. He has attacked me several times. I am also getting restraining orders on him.

The money I did have I have had to use to take care of my children and to pay bills in the home. Due to the issues with my spouse, I have been out on medical leave. I need help to get back on my feet. I managed to move into my new home, but I am behind on my rent.

The landlord let me move in to protect me and my children. I still need to pay. I will take any help that can be given to me to protect my family. This is a mother's desperate cry for help.

I have been in the hospital, with medical problems, and I could not cover the bills, plus rent. but I thank god, that my children and I, are safe and we have a nice safe place to live. this will help me get on my feet, once again. I would love to be apart of your organization, once I am able to give back. thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been through so much tragedy. now I can worry about, this months rent, $200.00 and the childrens safety. thank again you are truly, and angel. desperate, mom, trying to make ends meet.
