Help Needed for Condo Associations | Cost to fully fund this application: 363.00 Modest Needs Points

I live in Florida and for the past two weeks I have been living in my house without air conditioner. The heat has been unbearable. I had the AC fixed and it cost me money that I had not budgeted. This money was put aside to pay for a special assessment that my condo association charged us, since I used the money to fix the air conditioner I am not able to pay the special assessment.

If I do not pay this assessment they will place a lien on my home. I have only been working part time. My finances are very limited. I did not anticipate the AC to break and now, I am in this jam that I cannot get out of. I would appreciate it very much if you would be able to help me in paying this special assessment. Should you need proof of AC repair payment I will be more than happy to provide it to you.
