My husband and I have always been able to take care of ourselves and our personal living expenses. My husband, who has been a Limo driver for many years, took on an additional job driving a city cab at night while I worked as a receptionist. Unfortunately, my husband became the victim of inner city crime. He was shot several times in the back and once in the head during a robbery attempt. During his fight for life and recovery, I LOST MY JOB due to the time needed to care for him and to take him to doctors therapy specialist--all the things needed to allow him a small sense of normalcy.

Now, because of my husbands disability and my job loss, we found ourselves in a financial bind unable to keep up with our monthly bills. The good thing about all this is that we have very kind landlords who have not put us out on the street we recently had a blessing come our way I have found employment and although my husband will never be his old self and he will always have struggles, he is alive we are asking for help with our rent at this time to get us back on track.

EVEN THOUGH BAD THINGS HAVE HAPPENED TO US, I KNOW THAT THERE ARE TRULY GOOD AND CARING PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD AND THE HELP THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING US REMINDS ME EVERYDAY. WE THANK YOU FROM THE HEART.
