Can't Move My Home | Cost to fully fund this application: 674.00 Modest Needs Points

I'm disabled and can only work part time, short shifts. I had been working at a local call center for a bank for some time. Of course nobody thought it would close, but it did, in January of this year. A lot of people lost their jobs, including me.

My Vocational Rehabilitation worker and I started looking for another job for me right away. But it has been a long and difficult process to find one. Meanwhile, I stretched my severance pay and all resources until gone. Because unfortunately my disability income alone is just simply not enough to live on. I did finally get another job! Thinking I would finally be able to get everything caught up. But in the second week of training I got real sick with a bad flu.

While waiting to restart, I was served an eviction notice from the mobile home court. One of the things I'm behind on, is lot rent. I'm restarting back into training on the job, and I will have regular paychecks coming again. I know I'll be able to maintain my bills once again, and rebuild my saving and so on just as I had before the closure of the facility I worked for previously.

I've got a pledge for part of the money I need to give landlord from someone if the rest is paid. I just need a little more to do that. I've been able to make arrangements with everyone except the landlord. And I can't afford to move my home. That would cost far more than catching up on the rent.

User-submitted image - Click to see real sizeI wish to thank all of those who helped fund my request. The situation did get worse before it got better. As things sometimes do in life. It got to the point of a court action being filed, before my first paycheck came. the actual court date was a couple days after I got paid. The attorney for the mobil home court dismissed the action the day we met in the court building, and gave me a 15 day extension in order for another paycheck to arrive. And this is grant coming in now, is quite helpful, because I was barely able to cover past portions. your assistance will cover the remainder. I can now get back on track and move forward. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much.
