While driving home with my son my car began to stall and eventually stopped not far from my complex. My son and I were able to walk the remainder of the way home. I got my car pushed into the complex and then towed to a car repair shop. They indicated that my transmission has to be rebuilt.

I have been unable to save for it do to paying my regular monthly expenses that include my car payment. I was unable to get an extension and was told that was not reason for deferment. I have been paying to be taken and pick up for work in addition to my son being taken and picked up from school.

This occurred on July 31,2009 and have been unable to save that amount. Any assistance amount would be very helpful in taking care of this unexpected expense. For the past year and seven months I have been able to sustain on my income. This was simply unexpected. Thank you for you consideration.
